Expenses Entry via iPhone
Employees can quickly and easily log their expenses. Expenses are allocated to projects. Users can log expenses from any device. Supported devices include iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows phones. Managers can review expenses for approval. Once approved, the system can manage repayment to the employee. Expenses can also be costed to a project and billed to customers.
Utilizing the same intelligent search system and approval processes as timesheet entry, Timewatch® expenses entry system instantly puts end users, administrators and billing staff at ease with expenses entry.
Employees can quickly and easily log their expenses and allocate them to projects. Managers can review and approve them for repayment or costing.
Expenses users can enter new expenses and edit existing expenses at any time. They simply choose from a list of available expense types and enter either a quantity (should there be a rated item such as mileage), or enter the expense reclaim value.
In addition to the amount claimed by the employee, Time&Space® values the internal cost and the recharge value of each expense based on rules defined by administrators and project managers.
When ready, users can submit their expenses to their manager for approval.
If you already have an expenses management and repayment system in place, you may still benefit by users logging project expenses as they enter their timesheets to allow project expenses to be captured and billed to customers in a timely manner – you can then integrate these project expenses with your existing expenses management system.
