Google calendar appointments hold all the time information needed in a timesheet. Why enter it twice?
Timewatch’s Google calendar timesheet automatically adds Google appointments as draft entries (shown in red). Users simply add customer/project details to appointments and add any non-appointment time to complete their timesheet.
If you already use Google (or Outlook), our timesheet saves employees time, increases timesheet accuracy, and allows managers and administrators to preview timesheets based on future appointments.
There’s also a classic spreadsheet style timesheet for those that prefer this format for a timesheet.
Timesheets are also available in bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly formats.
Blue appointments show the Google calendar appointments that have a customer / project and are ‘in’ the user’s timesheet.
Appointments shown in red need a customer / project to become a timesheet entry.
The dashboard shows timesheet status, time by day, which days have appointments that need time, the total time in the timesheet already and the total available from remaining appointments and more
