How can automatic time tracking benefit my team's productivity?

Automatic time tracking reduces or eliminates manual data entry, allowing your team to focus on essential tasks. It provides accurate insights into time usage, enhancing efficiency and enabling better project planning.

Can I integrate time tracking with Microsoft Outlook easily?

Yes! Implementing Timewatch's Outlook time tracking plugin is simple and easy as it is Microsoft Office 365 app and is installed once for the organization. There is no end user installation, nothing to download and install, nothing to update and no support overheads. Just turn employees on via the Microsoft Office 365 Admin screen and it is automatically added to employees' Outlook menu. By syncing Timewatch and Outlook, you can streamline your workflow and ensure that all employee activities are accurately logged in one central location.

Is it possible to track multiple projects efficiently using Outlook Calendar?

Yes! Timewatch's Outlook plugin adds project and other fields to appointments, allowing you to manage multiple projects seamlessly. The centralized activity tracking feature allows you to quickly and easily monitor progress across different projects.

How does automatic billing hours tracking work within Microsoft Outlook?

Timewatch's Outlook timesheet plugin adds customer / project fields to appointments, so as users add these to appointments, automated time tracking adds the time to their timesheet. Depending upon the way your company sets up timesheet submission and approval, the time can be automatically available for billing for self approvers. By accurately recording billable hours spent on various tasks or projects, you ensure precise billing for clients while saving valuable time on administrative tasks.

Is privacy maintained when using automatic time tracking for teams in Outlook?

Yes, Timewatch's automatic time tracking plugin for Outlook ensures employee, team and company security. Your team's data remains confidential and secure while still providing valuable insights into productivity levels and resource allocation. Each employee can define how they want their 'Private' items to be managed - synced but no details provided, or not synced at all.

Can I use Outlook categories for time tracking?

Yes! Timewatch's Outlook timesheet plugin supports categories. Simply map customers / projects to Outlook Categories in Timewatch, then appointments with categories are automatically added to your timesheet - and kept in sync should they be updated, moved or deleted in Outlook.
