Google Calendar Timesheet makes time tracking even easier
If your company uses Google Calendar, a Google Sheets timesheet template, or wants to analyze employee time, things just got a whole lot easier.
Timewatch’s Google timesheet has always allowed Google calendar appointments to be used in timesheets, but our latest version takes automation and efficiency to a new level.
Our Google timesheet turns Google Calendar appointments into timesheets, making timesheets easier, more accurate, and saves time as there is no duplication of effort.

Timewatch seamlessly syncs with Google and presents user timesheets in calendar format that includes appointments as draft entries (red). Just add a customer / project to make them timesheet entries (blue).
Time from Google calendar appointments is automatically included in employee timesheets. This not only makes time tracking faster and easier, timesheets are available for analysis and billing weeks earlier than they would be with manual entry. This seamless, automated time tracking from calendar appointments means that employees are actually completing their timesheet as they manage their calendar.
A game changer
Normally timesheets are entered in arrears, causing duplication of effort as time details are entered into both the calendar and the timesheet. With our Google calendar timesheet, time is entered as appointments automatically prefill employee timesheets. So with Timewatch employees are actually tracking time as they manage their calendar with no duplication of effort!
Every organization that uses time tracking or timesheets and uses Google can save employees time, the dead time they currently spend manually tracking their time.
As calendar appointment time is automatically added to the timesheet, time tracking is more accurate and is available for analysis and billing weeks earlier than it would be with manual entry. This seamless timesheet integration with Google are automatically tracking time as they manage their time in Google Calendar.
Also works with Outlook
For those that use Outlook, we also have a version of our Google Calendar timesheet that works with Outlook. It has the same advanced features, seamless integration, and automated time tracking features. Google Calendar or Outlook calendar? We’ve got you both covered.
Traditional time tracking when needed
Non-appointment timesheet entries are just as easy to manage.
Sometimes users need to top up their timesheet with time which isn’t entered as a Google appointment. This ‘non-appointment’ is also easy to enter, users simply click on a day heading to enter time for that day. Alternatively they can flip over to the “classic” spreadsheet style timesheet.
