Having instant access to Employee utilization and availability data is crucial when scheduling and planning Employees.

To help Schedulers recognize Employee availability or "white space", the system displays an Availability Summary for each Employee the period displayed. This allows you to quickly and easily see who is available and who is not.

In addition, the dedicated Employee Utilization view shows Appointments and Commitments on a day by day / week by week basis...

This makes it easy to see if an Emplloyee is available to perform a specific Task or Booking, and if they can't, you can quickly and easily find an alternate date or another Employee with the same or similar skill who is available. The information instantly available includes;
