Timewatch provide a complete range of implementation services for SMEs, but we also recognize that smaller organizations often have similar complexity and needs of larger organizations, but not necessarily the same budget.

For SME implementations we combine a scaled down version of the implementation methodology employed for our larger customers, with the cost effective classroom training, personal training and self learning options employed with our smallest customers. Additionally, our implementation team is always prepared to work with you to design an implementation plan to best match your needs and your budget.

System Design

Most SMEs want to ensure they have the optimal implementation from the outset. Achieving this maximizes ROI as it, reduces the need for later redesign and reconfiguration by ensuring your system is configured in the optimal way from the get go.

The challenge is how to know the system design is right before your users are fully trained, and this is where our System Design process helps. Utilizing many of the concepts in our Enterprise implementation methodology, our SME System Design process is shortened and can be performed remotely, over a number of days¹. Through System Design we work with you to analyze, design, discuss, design and document your recommended system configuration and once agreed upon we map out the effort involved and agree and plan the implementation with you.

This approach ensures that all areas of the implementation process are discussed and addressed, planned for and milestones and expectations set.
