New Version X product range & upgrade options for
existing customers |

Timewatch® are
proud to announce the release of the latest Version X series of products.
All existing
Timewatch® Customers have a guaranteed upgrade path, so
irrespective of whether you use CentralTime®, WebTime®, Wallchart®
, WhiteSpace® or a combination, there is a Version X
product for you.
For all customers, upgrading to Version X is straight
forward, there are no software costs as the Version X software is included in
your Maintenance program. However, some services will be required for your
upgrade and you will need to ensure users have time to familiarize themselves
with Version X as the user experience is a major step forward and is similar to
that of upgrading from Microsoft Office 2003 to Office 2007 or 2010.
Customers of CentralTime® and WebTime® should note that these products are now
much more tightly integrated and as such are now bundled in a single solution
called Time®&Money,
but although the name has changed, it includes both CentralTime® and WebTime® . You can learn more about the Version X

The upgrade path for existing CentralTime® and
WebTime® is straight
forward, however with Version X WebTime® and CentralTime® are so tightly integrated that the
two are bundled together as a single solution called Time®&Money.
Most customers will upgrade to
Time®&Money,
but those that did not have billing will upgrade to Time®.
The new Version X range boasts a new, redesigned
MS-Office style Ribbon system which makes the system much more intuitive and
responsive. The web timesheet is so much faster and easier to use in Version X
as we have included a "Google style" instant search which suggests job codes as
users type. The web timesheet and the windows server are now fully integrated,
so there are no push/pulls, no SQL Agent to setup, no probagation delays. This
not only makes the timesheet incredibly responsive, it has dramatically reduced
setup and administration overheads.
Also available for Version X is our
OutlookTime® module
which allows end users to post their outlook appointments as timesheets.
Through 2012 we will be relelasing new reporting features and a number of
surprises in timesheets, mobile devices and much more.

no overheads - we provide everything in a single monthly fee.
